Activity Rules:

1. New and existing customers can receive a bonus of 10% - 50% of the deposit amount upon depositing. The specific rules are as follows:

The maximum bonus amount that can be claimed is $5,000. To withdraw the bonus funds as real money, you only need to complete 30% of the bonus amount in terms of trading volume (e.g., if the bonus amount is $100, the required trading volume would be $100 * 30% = 30 lots).

 

2.Each customer (with the same identification ID) can only apply for this promotion once.

 

How to apply for the activity:
Qualified users can participate in the activity by following the steps below during the promotional period:

    1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Trading Account + Activity Name" to apply for participation.
Or,
    2. Have the corresponding account manager send an email to [email protected] with the customer's information, trading account, activity name, and a screenshot of the communication with the customer confirming their participation, to apply for participation.

 

FXBTG will review the user's eligibility to participate within 2 business days upon receiving the email and provide a response. If the user meets the criteria, the bonus will be credited to the trading account specified in the application.

 

Activity Terms:

   1. If multiple deposits are made due to bank limits or other reasons, the system will automatically consider the total deposit amount during the first deposit and the subsequent opening trades as a single deposit.
   2. The cumulative trading volume will start counting from the moment the bonus is credited to the account, and any unclosed orders prior to that will not be included in the cumulative volume. One standard lot refers to a complete round trip trade, including opening and closing positions.
   3. Users must apply for the bonus within one week after completing the deposit. Bonus applications submitted after one week will not be accepted.
   4. FXBTG prohibits any trading activities aimed at exploiting the bonus, including but not limited to hedging, high-frequency trading, and operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
   5. FXBTG reserves the right to revise, suspend, or terminate this activity, as well as the final interpretation of any related rules and terms.
   6. This activity cannot be combined with other promotions offered by FXBTG. For details on other promotions, please contact customer service.

 

Bonus Withdrawal Requirements:

   1. After completing the required trading volume following the receipt of the bonus, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Trading Account + Activity Name + Bonus to Real Funds." FXBTG will review the request within 5 business days and notify the user.
   2. Please note that there is no time limit for the bonus. However, if withdrawal or transfer requests are made during the period of holding the bonus without completing the required trading volume, the bonus will be forfeited.
   3. If the account equity falls below the bonus amount, all bonus funds in the account will be deducted. This means that open positions in the account will be closed.
